I use this twice a week and notice that my skin is indeed smoother, and I've noticed my tattoos look more vivid. Now you're probably wondering why I've given this a neutral rating...it's the stringing for me. Every time I've used this, I've experienced stringing either on my legs or chest. On one instance, my chest turned red and stayed like that for an hour. Thus brings me to the neutral rating - I'll use it up but don't think I'll repurchase. LTKbeauty
