The texture of this cleanser is between balm and cream. It pumps out creamy but melts into your skin like a balm. That might sound nice but not as a dedicated cleanser. I tried double cleansing with this and it was like using makeup remover on top of makeup remover. I tried using it alone (in the AM) and although my face felt smooth, it didn't feel clean. I felt like I had a film on my skin, meaning my products didn't absorb as usual. In terms of scent, it has the mildest hint of citrus but mainly smells "natural" (aka not good).⁠ I will use this up as a makeup remover but will never repurchase it (there are far better makeup removers out there).
