JUST TRUST ME 😂💜🥒 this salad is soooo good but the key is soaking the cooked noodles in pickle juice for at least an hour. I did 2 hours and it was amazing. You will win everyone over at your cookouts this year 😋 recipe below! dillpicklepastasalad Dill Pickle Pasta Salad 🥗🥒💜 INGREDIENTS Salad Ingredients: 💜12 oz rotini pasta (soaked in pickle juice for at least an hour) 🥒1 cup dill pickles, chopped (or more depending on your love for pickles lol) 💜1/4 cup red onion, chopped 🥒1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped 💜6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped Dressing Ingredients: 🥒1/2 cup mayonnaise 💜1/4 cup sour cream 🥒1/4 cup dill pickle juice 💜1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 🥒1 teaspoon garlic powder 💜1 teaspoon onion powder 🥒1 tablespoon fresh dill 💜Salt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 🥒mix the mayo, sour cream, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined 💜Add the soaked and drained pasta to the bowl with the dressing 🥒Add the dill pickles, red onion, dill, and bacon to the pasta & stir 💜Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour 🥒ENJOY!
