You will win everyone over at your cookouts this year ๐Ÿ˜‹ recipe below! dillpicklepastasalad Dill Pickle Pasta Salad ๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿ’œ INGREDIENTS Salad Ingredients: ๐Ÿ’œ12 oz rotini pasta (soaked in pickle juice for at least an hour) ๐Ÿฅ’1 cup dill pickles, chopped (or more depending on your love for pickles lol) ๐Ÿ’œ1/4 cup red onion, chopped ๐Ÿฅ’1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped ๐Ÿ’œ6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped Dressing Ingredients: ๐Ÿฅ’1/2 cup mayonnaise ๐Ÿ’œ1/4 cup sour cream ๐Ÿฅ’1/4 cup dill pickle juice ๐Ÿ’œ1 tablespoon Dijon mustard ๐Ÿฅ’1 teaspoon garlic powder ๐Ÿ’œ1 teaspoon onion powder ๐Ÿฅ’1 tablespoon fresh dill ๐Ÿ’œSalt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: ๐Ÿฅ’mix the mayo, sour cream, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined ๐Ÿ’œAdd the soaked and drained pasta to the bowl with the dressing ๐Ÿฅ’Add the dill pickles, red onion, dill, and bacon to the pasta & stir ๐Ÿ’œCover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour ๐Ÿฅ’ENJOY!
