You will win everyone over at your cookouts this year πŸ˜‹ recipe below! dillpicklepastasalad Dill Pickle Pasta Salad πŸ₯—πŸ₯’πŸ’œ INGREDIENTS Salad Ingredients: πŸ’œ12 oz rotini pasta (soaked in pickle juice for at least an hour) πŸ₯’1 cup dill pickles, chopped (or more depending on your love for pickles lol) πŸ’œ1/4 cup red onion, chopped πŸ₯’1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped πŸ’œ6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped Dressing Ingredients: πŸ₯’1/2 cup mayonnaise πŸ’œ1/4 cup sour cream πŸ₯’1/4 cup dill pickle juice πŸ’œ1 tablespoon Dijon mustard πŸ₯’1 teaspoon garlic powder πŸ’œ1 teaspoon onion powder πŸ₯’1 tablespoon fresh dill πŸ’œSalt and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS: πŸ₯’mix the mayo, sour cream, dill pickle juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl and whisk until combined πŸ’œAdd the soaked and drained pasta to the bowl with the dressing πŸ₯’Add the dill pickles, red onion, dill, and bacon to the pasta & stir πŸ’œCover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour πŸ₯’ENJOY!
