If you’re looking for an easy recipe to use up some extra apples, this apple pie ring recipe is IT! 🍎 So easy to make. The key is making sure your center circle is large enough to wrap the puff pastry in! Recipe below & you can comment “Apple pie” for cookware & tools I used ◡̈

- Apples
- Puff pastry sheets
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Egg for egg wash

- Cut apples into 1/2” rings and use a cookie cutter to remove the center
- Cut 1/2” strips of puff pastry
- Mix cinnamon and sugar on a separate plate (measure with your heart lol)
- Dip apples in sugar mixture and then wrap with puff pastry
- Brush with egg wash
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 min until golden brown!

12 Sundays until my favorite holiday ❄️ this treat is so easy to make and perfect to whip up during cozy season! All you need is Nutella, puff pastry and egg wash. Pop in the oven at 400 for about 20 min or until it’s fluffy and golden! You can also top with powdered sugar 😋

Shawn requests these at least once a week 😆 this recipe started because I had a BUNCH of ripe bananas and didn’t want to keep making banana bread. Using bananas as part of the base gives them a different texture and adds more flavor! I also have been mixing Einkorn flour with regular flour for pretty much everything because it also adds to the flavor! Learned that from @ballerinafarm ◡̈ got the idea to make butter letters from @kaylaskitchandfix she’s a genius!!! Def need to give her a follow I love her content! Also used my new @ourplace pan, they did a collab with crocs and it is literally my FAVE color ever. Butter 🧈 yellow! Recipe below

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup oat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 tablespoon melted butter (we used plant based)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup einkorn flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 cup blueberries)

Directions: mash the banana until mostly smooth.
Add in the egg, milk, vanilla, butter, sugar & whisk together
Add in both flours, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt Mix until combined.
Fold in blueberries
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture on the pan for each pancake! Cook for 2-3 min on both sides
Enjoy! ◡̈

Our new toilet & sink from @Kohler add SO much charm and character, the pop of color is so fun for a powder room! #KohlerPartner I also used their brushed bronze finish for accessories and I love how they add warmth to the space. This is now my favorite room in the house, it turned out to be so pretty!
