We are only serving elevated bellinis this Easter and here are my tricks for the tastiest Easter Bunny Bellini peach cocktails! 🍑🐰I use Peach @real_infused_exotics which is a perfectly sweet and super concentrated peach purée, peach ice cubes so our drinks don’t get watered down, and a tiny splash of vanilla vodka for a creamy kick.

These Easter Bunny Bellinis are as easy as they are beautiful and perfect for brunch, baby showers, or any spring gathering!

Easter Bunny Bellini

🍑 Peach Ice Cubes:
1 cup Peach Reàl
1 cup water
Optional: edible flowers
Mix, pour into ice cube tray, and freeze until solid

🥂Bunny Bellini:
2-3 peach ice cubes
1 oz Peach Reàl
½ oz vanilla vodka
Chilled Prosecco

Directions:
1. In a champagne flute or coupe combine Peach Reàl and vanilla vodka. Stir to combine.
2. Add peach ice cubes and top with chilled Prosecco.
3. Garnish with a marshmallow bunny.

Mint Chocolate Martini
0.5 oz Master of Mixes Mint Syrup
1 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Irish Cream
0.5 oz Creme de Cacao
2 oz Half and Half
Candy canes, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish

Directions:
1. Rim a coupe glass with Master of Mixes Mint Syrup and crushed candy canes, set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine mint syrup, vanilla vodka, Irish cream, creme de cacao
and half & half.
3. Shake until well chilled before straining into prepared glass.
4. Garnish with a mini candy cane and sprig of mint

Prep the juice ice cubes ahead for the EASIEST holiday drink you can possibly make. Here’s how I make mine…

Thanksgiving Mimosas
🦃🍊
Makes 8 large square ice cubes, (you can easily make more)

1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup orange juice
1 orange sliced
fresh cranberries, 2 per cube
sprig of fresh rosemary cut into small pieces
1 bottle chilled champagne or Prosecco
🍊
1. Add orange slides, cranberries and rosemary to ice cubes ahead molds.
2. Freeze overnight.
3. Place an ice cube I each glass and top with champagne or Prosecco. Enjoy!

Birthday Cake Protein Ice Cream in the Ninja Creami is elite. 🧁I wanted this machine for one reason and that was to make protein ice cream for after gym desserts and snacks. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The texture of this ice cream is perfection, so creamy and made with a combination of almond milk and 2% milk…how?!

If you are a birthday cake or funfetti lover, this flavor combination tastes like Coldstone Birthday Cake Remix and you will love it.
🧁
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup 2% milk
50g about 3/4 cup of birthday cake protein
1 Tbsp sugar free cheesecake jello pudding
Pinch of sea salt
rainbow sprinkles & mini chips…measure with your heart
🧁
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.
2. Freeze overnight.
3. Defrost 10 minutes on the countertop.
4. Process on “lite ice cream”
5. Add in rainbow sprinkles & mini chocolate chips.
6. Process on “mix ins”
🧁 Eat and enjoy!
