Stracciatella tomato gnocchi πŸ… 

I looooove burrata and I love an easy meal so this one is winner winner! πŸ₯‡ so cheesy creamy and delicious yet still nutritions and healthy

1 lb gnocchi. I used a tomato stuffed one from @aldiusa 
12 oz chicken sausage, cut to small pieces
12 oz cherry tomatoes πŸ… 
8 oz stracciatella, burrata filling
Drizzle of hot honey 🍯 

1. Add gnocchi to a medium hot pan with some olive oil. Stir and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan

2. Add some more olive oil to pan and cherry tomatoes and chicken sausage to pan. Cook until the sausage is browned and the to tomatoes are bursting. Add back gnocchi to pan.

3. Add stracciatella to pan and mix everything, drizzle with some hot honey
New obsession unlocked with this butter masala chicken pizza! πŸ• sometimes the most wonderful things happen when you combine delicious things, and this was no exception!! Bonus tip is to dip the pizza in the leftover @mayakaimalfoods butter masala sauce 🀀 

2 naan
12.5 oz jar butter masala @mayakaimalfoods
1/2 cup shredded chicken
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

1. Add naan to a baking sheet, mix sauce and pour about 1/4 cup over each naan. Top with chicken, red onion, cheese and cilantro.

2. Bake in oven at 400F until cheese is melted. Serve with remaining sauce!

Pesto tomato pasta πŸ… 

It’s been raining here on the east coast for a couple of days and it looks like the next couple of days will be gloomy too. Which means all the comfort food, including this tomato pasta dish which is just divine and comes together in 15 minutes.

Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 pint cherry tomatoes
Salt 
1/3 cup pesto
3/4 cup sour cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 lbs spaghetti 

1. In a large pot, boil water and cook pasta until al dente.

2. Add olive oil and butter to a pan, once butter is melted, add tomatoes, season with salt and sautΓ© for a couple of minutes.

3. Add pesto and sour cream to pan, mix everything and let cook for 4-5 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and mix to combine. Add spaghetti and mix.
Love this dinner hack! And love halloumi! πŸ§€ 

1/2 lbs pasta
1 bag Caesar salad mix - I used this one from @aldiusa 
8 oz halloumi
Olive oil

1. Cook pasta according to instruction. Cut up halloumi to bite size pieces and sautΓ© in olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Around 4 minutes per side.

2. Add cooked pasta to a bowl, add salad mix, dressing and toppings, as well as halloumi. Mix to combine and drizzle with olive oil. πŸ«’
