I styled the Walmart pleated denim maxi skirt with a patterned mock-neck sweater to create a look that’s relaxed but still put-together. The structure of the pleated denim adds movement and a little drama, while the mock neck’s pattern brings in visual interest without feeling too busy. I balanced the proportions by tucking the sweater and adding a belt. Keeping the waist defined so the skirt’s length doesn’t overwhelm the outfit.
