I’ve been wanting to bring a little Gilmore Girls + Stars Hollow magic into their play space, so we turned their playhouse into our very own Luke’s Diner. 🥹🤎

And of course, we had to add a personal touch—one side of the sign says Lulu, our cat’s name, just like the real diner sign. 🐈☕️

The sweetest part of DIYing childhood magic is getting to create little spaces they’ll remember forever. 🍂

It doesn’t matter if it’s still warm outside—once the PSL is in hand, I’m already dreaming about cozy mornings, pumpkin patches, baking something with cinnamon, decorating the porch, and filling the house with all the autumn vibes.

The first cozy meal of the season? Homemade chili. 🤎🍂 Simple, hearty, and guaranteed to become a family favorite. Save this recipe before the temperatures drop!

🌶️ Easy Homemade Chili

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1 cup pasta sauce
• 16 oz beef bone broth
• 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1–2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ½ onion, diced
•frozen bag of corn
•sliced bell pepper

Directions:

1. Brown the ground beef (and onion, if using) in a large pot. Drain any excess grease.
2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, pasta sauce, beef broth, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, cornbread, or crackers!

This is one of those recipes I will make on repeat all fall and winter because it’s easy, filling, and everyone loves it. 🍁 If you make it, let me know what toppings your family adds!
