Sweet, juicy grapes + crunchy cucumber with salty feta, pistachios and fresh mint… then a little lemon, honey & EVOO to bring it all together. SO fresh, crunchy and ridiculously easy. 💚

You’ll need:
🍇 green grapes, halved
🥒 cucumbers, sliced
🧀 feta cheese
💚 crushed pistachios
🌿 fresh mint

For the dressing:
🫒 2 tbsp EVOO
🍋 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
🍯 1–2 tsp honey
🧂 flaky salt, to taste
✨ freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Throw everything into a bowl, drizzle with the dressing, toss & serve! 🥗✨
