These Birria tacos were so easy to make. I cut the beef into cubes and removed some of the fat before placing it in the instant pot along with the birria bomb and water. After 45 minutes, I shredded the meat and added it to the tortilla that had been dipped in the birria juices. I added onion, lime juice, and quesadilla cheese.
