I’ve realized the older I get, the less I chase “perfect” skin... and the more I focus on keeping my skin healthy. 🤍

For me, a good morning routine is all about giving my skin what it needs to get through the day—hydration, antioxidants, barrier support, and of course SPF. When my skin feels healthy, makeup naturally looks so much better too. ✨

I’ve really been embracing the idea that a nighttime routine doesn’t have to be 10+ steps to be effective. Sometimes, a few well-layered products are all my skin needs before bed. 🤍

Tonight I’m also trying **two new additions** to my routine and I’m excited to see how they work over the next few weeks!

Here’s what I used in order:

I truly believe healthy hair starts at the scalp 🌿 and just like skincare, consistency makes all the difference. These days, my focus isn’t chasing perfection—it’s keeping my hair feeling nourished, shiny, and easy to style every day.

Skincare over 40 and somehow your skin is dry, sensitive, and reactive all at once 😭

That’s usually when I stop trying random things and go back to products that focus on keeping my skin calm and hydrated without overwhelming it.

The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner has been one of those easy layers for me lately. I love that the formula is minimal, lightweight, and made to be layered depending on what your skin needs that day.

Some days it’s one layer.
Some days we mummify 😂

And honestly… my skin always seems happier when hydration is the focus instead of overdoing actives. Especially over 40.
