Skincare over 40 – My current go-to morning routine ✨

Lately I’ve been reaching for a simpler, faster routine—especially on busy mornings when I still want my skin to feel hydrated and put together.

Other than including some of my long-time staples like TIRTIR Milk Skin Toner Light and First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream, I’ve been adding in a couple of newer favorites I’ve been really enjoying.

The Abib Jericho Rose Mist gives instant hydration and helps everything layer better, and the Abib Glutathiosome Dark Spot Serum Vita Drop has been a great lightweight step for brightness and moisture. It creates such a nice base under Beauty of Joseon Day Dew SPF and Typology skin tint, which is exactly what I want in the morning.

As much as I love a full routine, this reminds me that a quick, thoughtful one can be just as effective—and sometimes that’s all you need to start the day feeling good in your skin.

As we age, skin needs more hydration and repair—but heavier formulas can easily trigger clogged pores, especially on the cheeks. So I’m introducing everything slowly and paying close attention to texture and layering. 💕

Here’s the order I’m using them:
