My best tip for throw pillows is to buy a quality pillow insert and to go up one size larger than your pillowcase! For example, if you have a 24” pillowcase, you’ll want a 26” pillow insert. If you have a 20” pillowcase, you’ll want a 22” pillow insert.

The right type of lighting can really make or break a room! I love having at least 3 sources per room (typically overhead lights, a chandelier, table or floor lamps, sconces…)

I installed these brass sconces and used my favorite battery-powered bulbs (perfect size for most sconces!) to light them. The easiest DIY and such a good and inexpensive alternative to hardwiring 🙌🏻
