I cannot stress enough, how much of a game changer this walking pad has been since I got it!! Not only has it elevated my weight loss journey, but it’s helped my mental health as well.. I actually really enjoy my little alone time🤭 I put on my weighted vest, set this up (so quickly) either in front of my favorite TV show or I set my iPad up and get some work done!
