Easy diy valentines! Cut 4 sheets of tissue paper (2 sheets per side so it holds strong) into a heart. I use the fold in half method & then use my first heart as a template for the rest! Sew or glue around the edges leaving a small opening to fit your candies & confetti! Fill your hearts and sew or glue the hole shut!
