There are some days when I just feel my age and it always amazes me how transformative pausing for even just a moment to do something nice for myself can be. Whether it's spritzing on perfume when I'm working from home, taking the extra minute to massage my face when I'm doing my nightly skincare, or applying a swipe of my favorite lipstick . . . these things help me get back to me, even on the busiest and most stressful days. Here are four faves from @bluemercury that help me pause and reinvent myself to show up as my best self, all in under a minute

@tataharper's oil cleanser. A longtime favorite: super nourishing, takes all of my makeup off, smells amazing. When I have the time, I like to spend an extra minute to really massage it in.

@augustinusbader's rich cream. I will always invest in this moisturizer as it is the best of the best and does everything (hydration, anti-aging) in a single step. Sometimes I'll pair it with a favorite serum, other times it's all I'll use.

@chantecaille's lip crème in "chrysanthemum." A super creamy, hydrating lipstick in the perfect rosy pink. It surrounds my lips in a cloud of moisture and makes me feel prettier in an instant.

A spritz of perfume. Fragrance always makes me feel better. It's transportive, and such a mood booster. Right now I'm loving @parfumsdemarly's Althair (fresh vanilla) and Valaya (bergamot and fresh peach) scents.
