One of the highlights of the retreat was gathering as a full company — celebrating the growth, trust, and impact we shared this year, and the meaningful work we are honored to continue together.

We left reminded of what makes this company rare: a group of women who lead with excellence, serve with heart, and care deeply about the impact we create, for our clients and for one another.
