Being thin is one thing, but feeling strong is something else—and right now, I don’t feel strong. It’s wild how fast things change. One minute I’m 25, the next I’m 46, and my body’s like, ‘Hope you had fun, because it’s all downhill from here!’ (emoji) I know that’s not really the case, but things are definitely different. Alcohol? If I dare to have more than one drink, I get night sweats, migraines, even heart palpitations! And let’s not talk about how easily I can strain a muscle just getting out of bed the wrong way. But why?! Well, I’m older, my body is changing, hormones are making me psychotic and I just need to do more to feel good these days.
