- first my skin was deeply and thoroughly double cleansed with GENTLECLEAN (this also combined massage, which felt amazing)
- Then the esthetician did light exfoliation with the DIAMOND BUFF tool, followed by some exctractions
- Facial massage was next, with a generous amount of GOLDENHOUR, which was my favorite part of the facial, as this facial oil has a wonderful watermelon scent and the message itself felt so relaxing and rejuvenating

I’ve been testing the @jolieskinco shower filter for over 4 months now, so I feel like that’s a decent amount of time to finally talk to you about my experience with it.

First of all, I LOVE the showerhead itself! It bigger and wider than what I had before, and it has GREAT water pressure. It’s also very chic.

I no longer smell the chlorine whenever I shower, which is amazing. Both me and my husband have a lot less dryness and skin irritation. And I haven’t noticed getting body acne since we installed Jolie, which is fascinating!

I’ve also noticed less flyaways when it comes to my hair.

I’ve been filtering our drinking water and the bathroom faucet for a long time, and noticed a huge difference (and the dirt the filters capture), so I feel much better than we know also filter our shower water.

Have you tried Jolie or would you? I definitely recommend it and I’ll link it in my story/bio if you’d like to try it as well.

The new @kosas Cloud Set Loose Powder is such a gorgeous new, acne safe setting powder and baking powder in one.

I find it actually makes your skin look blurred and perfected, plus it provides that lit within glow. Your skin definitely won’t look dull with this powder!

However, if you need a truly matte effect, you may want to look for another product, as you saw on my finger how it has a glowy finish.

Shade Translucent Candy works really nicely on my light skin, and I love how they have shades that will hopefully work on all skin tones!

A follow up to my “overhyped or underhyped” post from last week!

Why do I prefer the @rmsbeauty blush? It’s soooo much easier to work with (especially for a quick makeup look), it’s pigmented but not TOO much (and you can always layer on more) and it looks natural on the skin.

The Saie one is VERY pigmented, and no matter how gentle I am with my blush brush, it always picks up way too much. If you want a BOLD blush look, the Saie one will provide it, but I think it’s overpowering. It also just looks like I’m wearing makeup, as opposed to a no-makeup makeup look, which I prefer.

What are your thoughts?
