vday ganache brownies 🍫🧸🎀 INGREDIENTS: * 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour, sifted * ½ teaspoon baking powder * 1 ½ tablespoons vanilla extract * 2 eggs * 1 cup cocoa powder * 1 ½ cup brown sugar * 1 cup unsalted butter melted AND browned * 1 cup mini semi sweet chocolate morsels * 2 cups of chocolate (1 milk and 1 white) * 1 cup heavy whipping cream DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat the oven. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line one medium baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Brown the butter melt butter in a light-colored pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it turns a golden brown color and develops a nutty aroma. 3. Combine the dry ingredients. In a medium bowl the flour, baking soda. 4. Beat the wet ingredients. In the bowl, mix the butter, cocoa powder. In another bowl beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract on medium speed until smooth and creamy. 5. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. 6. Make the batter. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix at low speed until combined. 7. Bake. Bake for 12-15 minutes 8. Ganache. Make tbe ganache by combining boiling heavy cream to the milk chocolate. Stir till combined. Follow the same process with the white. Add drops of food coloring for decoration. 9. Add the ganache to the coolers brownies. Add dollops of colored white chocolate and use a toothpick to create a design. 10. Allow brownies to completely set in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. 11. Serve. Remove the pan and cut into rectangles.
