Two of my kids have Type 1 Diabetes and managing their care has shaped me in ways I never expected. Navigating T1D has taught our whole family so much about strength, patience and resilience.  After my fourth baby, I went on a personal journey of rebuilding through nourishment, movement and mindset. I lost about 70 lbs and found a version of myself that finally felt grounded again.  In that same season, content creation found me in a new way.
