my kids beg me to make them this 4-ingredient healthy shake almost every day. so simple, healthy and yummy! recipe below ππΌππ«π₯ β’ 2 cups of milk (either dairy or plant-based) β’ 3 frozen bananas β’ 2 tbs of cocoa powder (I use BetterBody Foods organic cocoa powder) β’ 1/2 cup of ice Blend all ingredients together in the blender and enjoy! You can also add a couple of dates or a splash of maple syrup/honey/agave nectar for extra sweetness. *optional* add a spoonful of peanut butter for a chocolate/peanut butter flavor!
