16oz frozen strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups water
Blend until smooth. Pour over 4 glasses with ice.
Froth 1/2 cup kefir and a heaping teaspoon lemon curd. Pour a little over each of the 4 glasses of lemonade for a creamy lemon topping. Enjoy!
