Today’s mom outfit of the day! I love quince for their summer dresses☀️ I got a size small in the dress!

Building a summer capsule closet made getting dressed SO much easier as a busy mom. ☀️🤍

Instead of buying random pieces that only work for one outfit, I started focusing on staples that all mix + match together.

Here’s exactly how to build one:

• Pick 3 base colors → mine are white, black, and tan
• Choose 1 accent color → mine is butter yellow for summer
• Start with 2 bottoms → linen pants + jean shorts
• Add 3 easy tops → white tee, striped button down, neutral tank
• Add 2 layering pieces → oversized blazer + lightweight cardigan
• Choose 2 shoes you can wear with EVERYTHING → white sneakers + neutral sandals
• Stick to simple gold jewelry + one everyday bag
• Before buying something, ask yourself: “Can I wear this at least 3 ways?”

My biggest tip? Don’t build it all at once. Start with the pieces you reach for every single week and upgrade those first.

Now I can mix almost everything in my closet together and getting dressed takes 5 minutes instead of 45 😂
