Y’all have been asking so here is it! My simple, over-the-counter acne-prone skincare routine (Former dermatology nurse approved)!

AM:
☀️Benzoyl Peroxide Cleanser: helps kill acne-causing bacteria and reduce inflammation.
☀️Oil-free, non-comedogenic Moisturizer: keeps skin hydrated without clogging pores.
☀️ SPF 30 or higher: protects healing skin and prevents post-acne dark spots.

PM:
🌙 Gentle Cleanser (oil free - non comedogenic): removes oil and makeup without irritation.
🌙 Differin Gel (wait 30 minutes after cleansing): It helps unclog pores, prevent new breakouts, and fade post-acne marks over time. (Adapalene, the active in Differin, is a type of retinoid designed specifically for acne.) It also boosts collagen production, helps shed old, dull skin cells and replaces them with new, healthy ones so it’s GREAT for anti-aging!

Pro tip: If your skin feels dry, you can mix Differin with your moisturizer or use the ‘moisturizer sandwich’ method — moisturizer first, then Differin, then another light layer on top. (May need to start using every third night and work your way up to nightly).

Keep it simple, stay consistent, and be patient — real results usually show up around the 8 to 12 week mark!
