I use once every 3-4 weeks. 🖤 Redken treatment spray- detangler, use every time I wash, spray when wet, love with extensions. 🖤 Heat protectant- Aveda heat relief. Spray when wet, use every time. 🖤 Pure Abundance potion- Aveda magic! Adds grit and volume and texture. Sprinkle in roots, work through with fingers. 🖤 Firmata- Aveda firmest hold hairspray.
