The cutest hot air balloon there ever was! An easy and inexpensive Halloween costume for any age. We had a basket already but you could easily find one at a thrift store. The balloon and netting were sourced on Etsy and for the “clouds” we bought some artificial snow. If your child is walking you can simply cut out the bottom of a basket to put around their waste.
