PSA: not everything on Amazon is “cheap”. You can find plenty of luxury brands on there too! This hardware is solid brass so it’s expensive, but absolutely stunning! I added a cheaper look below under “similar products” you can buy the backplates and then just use the cheaper hardware.

If you need hotel quality blackout curtains, I’ve found them! You can see how it goes blackout during bright morning light.. imagine at night when there’s zero light outside. I am soooo happy with these, I wish I found them sooner! I’m going to buy the light colored ones for my primary bedroom and I’ll let you guys know how the blackout is on those too.

I did a thing.. and by a thing I changed my all light & neutral guest bedroom by adding deep chocolate curtains. At first I didn’t love it, (I usually hate everything at first 🤣) but then the evening rolled around and the bedroom felt so relaxing and romantic. I took this shot, no filter and it captured how the room feels perfectly.

These curtains are absolutely stunning in person! The velvet is beautiful and soft, it’s a chocolatey taupey color, but also looks like deep, dark chocolate in certain lights. In this color way it is 10000% blackout. The best blackout curtains I’ve found so far that aren’t custom. You close them and you feel like you’re in a sanctuary away from the rest of the world.

One of my best Amazon finds ever! These curtains are the perfect light linen look to add softness to the room. I don’t recommend these for anywhere you need curtains to darken a space, just for light filtering. Mine are stationary so they are perfect! To make this look super high end, I used the curtain rods from pottery barn, but mixed it with the rings from Amazon to save money. I have also linked a cheaper rod alternative, as well as a blackout curtain version.
