Kicking off my 12 monthly themed dinner parties with Galentine’s Day! I loved getting to host some friends for a midweek Girl Lunch complete with chips and guacamole and diet coke! I unfortunately didn’t make any of the appetizers or desserts that I planned on making, but that’s why door dash exists! Don’t worry I’ll do better next time!

Pro Hosting Tips:
Don’t wait until 2 hours before your guests arrive to start setting the table like I did here! Set it the evening before if possible so you can focus on food and getting yourself ready during those few hours.
If you decide to throw home cooking out the window and door dash everything last minute instead…just display all of your food on nice serving dishes and violà! Suddenly your chips and guacamole look fancy!
Fresh flowers always make a daytime tablescape! And in the evening, candles are a must! I did both here, but usually in the evening I’ll try to save on florals and go heavier on the candles.
