I know, food dyes are bad! We don’t use these often but only a drop or two can make such an impact if you are trying to make a fun seasonal treat!

I used green to make lucky charms yogurt parfaits for St Patrick’s Day and the kids loved them! Again.. only 2 drops made 4 parfaits so we aren’t overdoing it here.

In an attempt to save some money on our daily wellness shots we love, we decided to try making them ourselves and they turned out PERFECT! ✨

The price of our home made ones turned out to be $.55 per shot compared to almost $4 at the store!
