Minimal mom home finds ✔️ Sourdough Take out starter in morning ✔️FEED: 1 cup flour 1cup water 1 starter Wait 4 hours (should double and be very bubbly, smell yeasty) ✔️BREAD: (per loaf) 1.5c + 1 T warm water 4c + 2 T bread floor (add in last and less than this amount if dough is looking dry) 2tsp salt 1/2 cup starter ✔️Save 1 cup at least starter, leave it out in small jar until next morning then refrigerate up to 2 weeks ✔️ mix dough with hands and cover with plastic - stretch and fold 3-4 times every 30 min. ✔️Put in oven with light on until doubled in size 4-6 hours ✔️Once it doubles Scrape out dough onto floured parchment paper ✔️Fold and put in flour lined bowl Push + pulls on floured counter Score ✔️Cover and put in fridge overnight ✔️Preheat just Dutch oven with cover for 15 min at 450 ✔️Bake w parchment paper in pre heated Dutch oven: 450 degrees covered for 30min, then remove cover and lower heat to 400 and bake another 20min. ✔️Leave 1 cup starter out on counter with cover until next day and put in fridge LTKootd LTKHome
