To make the costume, I cut the slinky in half, hung it from a tree and spray painted it silver. Then I made a small slit in the front of one of the dog costumes so that the slinky could attach inside of it, but could also be easily removed if needed and I just Velcro it into the back of the front dog costume. Super easy!
