Blessed to see 39 💕

At first that was a scary number for me to say out loud but it’s not scary it’s a blessing!

This year was a year that tested a lot of things for me and changed me for the better. It was about growth and alignment.

I truly believe when God removes things from your life, he is making space for something better. Through this year I saw that removals from my life opened up the doors for me to have better and now I’m not looking back.

Finding my space with Pilates has opened up my passion for teaching again.

I feel so much more grounded and happy within myself. Being uncomfortable pushed me to be better and I am grateful for that lesson.

I’ve met so many new people and strengthened lasting relationships.

I enter my last year of my 30s with a new mindset and renewed passions.

I can’t wait to see what this year brings.

Thank you to everyone for your birthday wishes and those who have been there for me this year. You already know 🫶🏾
