You can chase your dreams AND be a good mom. In fact, having something just for you that you enjoy doing outside of motherhood can actually be really healthy. This little corner is my creative outlet and a community full of long-distance friends that I am SO thankful for!! 🫶🏻

Just wanted to say that if I consistently risk lifelong embarrassment in a small town for this crazy dream, you can do the thing you’re dreaming of, too!! In fact, I’m rooting so hard for you to “do it scared!” 👏🏻

My number one piece of advice is to surround yourself with people who will support you, win or lose! 🥹😭🩵

Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with being labeled a microinfluencer! I know it’s a very standard industry term, but I thought this was a fun way to visualize how social media has really messed with our brains to make us feel “not enough” or like someone with 20, 30, 40, or even 50K followers is considered a “small following” 🤯 when in reality that is A LOT of people!! The visual really puts it into perspective 🩵

Spending TEN minutes changing into an outfit I feel cute in + putting on a tiny bit of makeup changes my wholeee mood!!

… is the million $$$ question when you’re in that in-between stage of trying to decide whether or not your kid is aaactually sick or not? We can’t stay home every day, but we also can’t go out and get other people sick 🙅🏻‍♀️🤧
