LACTOSE FREE PISTACHIO GELATO! I upgraded from my old 1.5q ice cream maker to this 2q one so I had to test it out immediately! Outside a bit more volume, they are pretty much the same machine: Freezer bowl, paddle, lid. HOWEVER, for some reason, this newer model freezes the ice cream better and more thoroughly! LOVE IT! I made the Pistachio Ice Cream recipe in the accompanying booklet but subbed with @fairlife lactose free highprotein whole milk and lactosefree half-and-half.
