Who struggles with the boxes always falling apart and your drawer just becoming a mess?

I love these drawer organizers to keep them all in place and it’s so much better opening a drawer and seeing it clean than a mess. This isn’t the exact organizer I have, as it’s out of stock. These are close and I almost love the bigger one better that holds the foil and other rolls.

My favorite way to make hard boiled eggs!

1. Grab the number of eggs you want. Let them get to room temperature before cooking. (Helps not crack I think)
2. Add 2 cups warm water
3. Add silicone egg holders
4. Place eggs on holders
5. Pressure cook for 5 minutes
6. Natural release for 5 minutes
7. Quick release
8. Ice bath for 5 minutes
9. Place eggs in a container and place in fridge.

The yummiest fried rice!

Ingredients
3 cups rice, cooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
¼ large Vidalia onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup peas and carrots, frozen
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon sesame oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
green onions
cilantro, optional

Instructions
In a large skillet or wok, preheat vegetable oil over medium heat and add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are soft, about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir occasionally to keep the garlic from burning.
Add peas and carrots and cook until partially thawed, 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn the heat up to medium-high and add cooked rice. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until rice is nice and hot and starts to brown. Reduce heat and push rice to the sides of the pan, making a hole for the eggs.
Crack the eggs into the middle of the pan and scramble. Once eggs are cooked, stir them into the rice.
Mix soy sauce and sesame oil together and pour over rice. Stir until rice is evenly coated with sauce.
Top with chopped green onions and/or cilantro, optional.

Easy pancake recipe!

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
⅓ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ Tablespoon baking powder be sure your baking powder is fresh
1 large egg
2 cups milk
2 Tablespoons butter room temp- soft or melted
2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients together
Add egg, milk, butter, and vanilla, whisk until all combined.
Heat your frying pan, add a little butter,
Portion out the batter for what will fit in your pan, don’t overcrowd the pancakes or they will run together.
I use a 3 Tablespoon scoop to make my pancakes and this recipe makes 15 pancakes of that
size.
Cook the pancakes over medium heat, pour the batter into a lightly oiled pan (or buttered) ), flip when bubbles appear on the edges of the pancakes
Once flipped it only takes a minute or two to finish cooking.
Place a lid on the pancakes after you flip them and they will produce fluffier pancakes.
