I loved wearing this skirt and feel like it would be a great option for NYE too. Great length and surprisingly comfortable even when sat down! It has a zip at the side and the black lining underneath. I paired it with a white shirt and a bodysuit underneath.

I got it in a size 12 and it fitted perfectly.
