One year later and this DIY drop zone is STILL one of my favorite home organization projects! 🙌 We turned a simple cube organizer into a drop zone for all three kids by leaving out two of the shelves, adding heavy-duty Command hooks for backpacks, and using baskets underneath for shoes + socks. After a full year of backpacks being hung up, kids grabbing things on and off, and everyday use, it’s still holding up SO well!
