This dress is true to size. I’m a 0-2 and this dress is a 0 and fits well but a 2 would be good too. It just depends on bust and shoulders, how you run typically. I have narrow shoulders and smaller busy so I wear either 0 or 2. Shoes are an investment piece but so worth it with comfort, they fit true to size.
