My favorite pumping bra is buy one get one 60% off! This exact bra is the one I use the most when pumping and holds the flanges for my spectra pump. I have both size small and medium. The small fits perfectly, but if you are still doing middle of the night pumps, I would recommend getting one size up for extra comfort.
