at almost 2 weeks postpartum, these are some things that have been ESSENTIAL for recovery 💜 —————-- Incontinence Undies - the mesh undies they give you in the hospital are great, but once I got home I found these to be way more comfortable with a flex foam pad Upside Down Peri Bottle - again, the standard one they give you in the hospital works fine but the upside down bottle is easier to use + it’s nice to have a bottle in multiple bathrooms esp if you have multiple floors Ice Pads - these are absorbent !!! The ones they give you in the hospital are NOT. These are soft and comfy + provide needed relief Stool Softener - much needed. Don’t stop taking it too soon. It’s the little things that can make a big difference. Also drink LOTS of water. Always FlexFoam Pads - againnn, the ones they give you in the hospital work great but once I got home these were much more comfortable & not nearly as bulky once bleeding slowed down Foaming Witch Hazel - the foam gets into all the nooks and crannies you never knee you wanted witch hazel to get into. This quickly became one of my favorite postpartum items that I didn’t expect to need Tucks - more cooling relief you’ll be happy to have! The hospital provided some (different brand, same thing) and I used almost an entire container in the 2 days before we came home… s/o to Sam’s Club for the 2 pack that I got for home FridaMom Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum Kit comes with all of these FridaMom items + more. 10/10 recommend LTKbump LTKbaby LTKkids
