Making beds can be surprisingly hard with fibromyalgia. My hands hurt, my strength is significantly limited, and bending down is tough on my body. When I planned Carter’s toddler bed, I thought I’d use a twin duvet and drape it open at the bottom. Once Mike put the bed together I realized that style wouldn’t work. I tried a few different ways to make it look nice but it either looked messy or was too hard for me to remake every day. So I tried something different. A basket. I roll the duvet up and place it beside his bed. It looks cute and makes mornings so much easier for me. Sometimes a small change can make a big difference.
