Filling this big blank wall in between our kitchen and dining room after five years of not knowing what to do with it! It’s a narrow space, and the other side of the hallway is the top of our basement stairs, so furniture or deep shelving wasn’t an option. I hung a holiday-themed gallery wall here this past season, and knew I couldn’t go back to leaving it bare again. I was planning another more seasonally neutral gallery wall, but then I remembered I had these large wall shelves I wasn’t using to their full potential in another space. So we hung them here and I filled them with some pretty dishes, cookbooks, art, and lil plants/vases. My shelves are 4-5 years old, but I think the updated version is even better! A little more shelf depth so things fit more easily (I must have ordered 20 bud vases) and hooks at the bottom so you don’t have to add a rail yourself. ❤️
