Berry Lemonade Protein Mocktail🍓🍓🍓

115 calories and 15g of protein with the prettiest strawberry flower ice cubes!

To make the flower ice cubes:
🍓 Arrange 5–7 thin strawberry slices in each cavity of a round ice cube tray
🫐 Place a blueberry in the center
🌿 Add a small sage leaf
💧 Pour your drink of choice over the fruit and freeze overnight (or at least 5 hours)

To serve:
Fill a glass with Genius Berry Lemonade Protein Drink, add a strawberry flower ice cube, and top with a Blue Wave Jonny Pops for the ultimate summer mocktail. Perfect for the Fourth of July, backyard barbecues, or any sunny afternoon.

I just don’t think at this age I was meant to watch movies outdoors without plenty of plush pillows and some whimsy!💅🏻😆 I covered a 10 ft inflatable pool with a flokati rug (I happened to be power washing and drying outside) and added a king sized comforter and pillows. We made the outdoor posts that hold the movie screen. Fun outdoor movie date night!

My goal this summer is to embrace the summer days and make things special just because! So when I had a free morning, I stopped by @Target, grabbed a cooler, a beach towel, a premade charcuterie board, fresh fruit, hydration essentials, sunscreen, some frozen treats, and of course fresh flowers! We then loaded up the paddle boards and headed to the lake for a little paddle board picnic date!

It ended up being one of those days that reminded me how little it takes to create a good memory. Sunshine, time on the water, a simple picnic, and a frozen treat on a rock felt pretty perfect. ☀️🛶
