Joanie’s first day of Kindergarten! ✏️🍎🚌 I can’t even believe this day has arrived. 🥹 It feels like just yesterday she was born and completely changed my life for the better. Joanie is so kind, brave, and artistic. I know she is going to excel at school and I pray she develops a lifelong love of learning 💕

My 2 little ballerinas had their first day of ballet camp today and when I picked them up, Joanie said she couldn’t wait to go tomorrow 💗🩰 I also got to try the ballerina bun hairstyle for the first time and I give myself a solid 7/10 for effort 😅

11 months old!! 🥹💙 I can’t believe I’m about to be planning George’s first birthday. He is the happiest baby, always smiling, and loves his sisters. He is a busy boy now and wants to crawl any chance he gets. He loves to pull up on everything too, and is about to start cruising! He’s the master at napping on-the-go, and still loves his mama’s milk. He likes eating puffs, carrots, and cheese. He’s also my first baby to eat meat, & daddy is proud that he seems to like it so far. 😆 He has 8 total teeth, 4 top & 4 bottom, and the cutest little curls on the back of his head. He loves to splash in the dog’s water bowl, and his favorite toys are fisher price little people. George, you are so loved!! 💙

Happy Birthday to my Ada Jane! 💗 I can’t believe my second baby girl is 3 years old 🥹 It still feels like yesterday that you were born and you flashed those dimples for the very first time and made us melt. The middle child, you are spunky, loud, and full of vibrant life. You love your big sister and baby brother so much. You can reach an octave that is off the charts, and you’ve never met a stranger. You make friends with everyone you meet and love to dance and be silly. You love Coco, Spider-Man, Luca, & Paw Patrol. Your favorite food is anything cheese. You love to be a ninja and crawl into our bed every single night. I will take those cuddles for as long as you’ll give them to me. Ada, you are so loved! ❤️

10 months 💙 I can’t believe we have reached double digits and I’ll be planning his first birthday party soon 🥹 George has reached so many milestones this past month! He is almost crawling, and has figured out how to scoot himself around backwards. He can move from a crawling position back to sitting, sleeps on his belly now, and babbles all the time. He’s trying to pull himself up to stand and can hold on to something and support himself standing for a few seconds. He’s loves grabbing everything he can get his hands on, pulling my hair when nursing, and being carried around by his sisters. He loves mamas milk and still wants it all night long. His favorite food is Chick-fil-A mac n cheese and he can drink water from a straw cup. He now has 4 teeth on the bottom and the top 2 middle ones with more on the way. We love you so much George!! 💙

Social media is never what it seems— I love sharing pretty pictures of my house, but guess what? My bed hasn’t been made like this since last year 😆 all of those pillows are currently shoved in a corner of our room. When thinking about what to post tonight, I realized I hadn’t posted our bedroom in a while but it’s definitely not picture ready right now and I’m not sure when it will be again 😅

I can’t ever catch up on laundry, there are always toys everywhere, and with the amount of pets we have, I would need to vacuum daily to keep up with the fur. Don’t compare yourself to what you see on social media— just remember what’s actually going on behind the scenes 🤪

What a privilege it is to clean a house made dirty by healthy children playing, to wash dishes because we were able to eat 3 meals today, and to do piles of laundry because we all have clean clothes to wear everyday.

I saw that quote the other day and it resonated with me. I’ve been working on shifting my mindset surrounding motherhood and truly embrace every season. Too often it is said, “I can’t wait until the sleepless newborn nights are over,” but then that hard season is replaced by another one that is just as challenging, like a busy toddler throwing tantrums. Every season has its difficulties, so take a look around and celebrate what you have in front of you right now 💗

9 months of baby George 💙 I refuse to believe that he is inching closer to turning one year old 🥹 This past month, he cut one more bottom tooth and his top two middle teeth. He now has 5 teeth! He went on his first Disney cruise, felt the sand for the first time, and went on his first airplane ✈️ He still hasn’t figured out how to crawl and I will gladly wait however long he’s willing to take 🤪 He loves mama’s milk and still wants it all night long. Baby boy loves to snuggle in the carrier and take contact naps at gymnastics. He thinks his sisters are hysterical and loves playing with baskets more than toys. He’s still not a huge fan of solids, but is getting the hang of pouches and purées. Daddy’s ready for him to eat some steak 😆 We love you George! This baby boy sure has stolen my heart 💙💙
