My current hair straightening routine! I use Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil when it’s wet, dry it straight w the Shark hair dryer and brush attachment, spray Verb Ghost Dry Oil and brush it out then I flat iron with the T3 flat iron!

These booties are easy to get on and off, have a nice sturdy block heel, and they look great with lots of cuts of denim!

CENTER - This might just be the most perfect work dress I have ever tried on! It runs true to size, maybe even a little bit generous. You really do get what you pay for, especially with heels. 2. I really love the print of this one but the fit is off. It’s too tight in the waist but too large in the chest, so sizing up wouldn’t make sense. Wearing a size 2X.

I am still so amazed how much I have been gravitating towards this sleeveless button-down shirt because it is so not my typical style, but I really do love it on. I sized down to the 1X and love the fit so much. The pants I am wearing with it were another super pleasant surprise. I sized up to the 20 and they fit, but I think I would be more comfortable in the 22, so if you’re shaped anything like me, consider sizing up 1 or 2 sizes!
