Sweet Potato Vegetarian Chili is ready in about 45 minutes or less, and can be made with ground beef if you’re a hard core carnivore ;)

As a vegetarian soup it’s got about 15 grams of protein and a whopping 11 grams of fiber. Obviously would be more if using ground beef (I would recommend 93/7 % ground beef if going that route).
