While this suede jacket from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is sold out, I wanted to share my thoughts in case you happen to see a restock.

While I loved the shape and silhouette of this jacket, the brown is unfortunately not a rich brown like depicted on the model.

The pockets are functional and snap buttons are silver.

I also had to size down two sizes to get the right fit. Not going to lie, if it was a chocolate brown, it’d be even better!

Size down on the dress if you want a tighter fit and size up on the jacket one to two sizes if you want to wear a sweater underneath!!

Note that this cream wool coat from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is VERY long and has larger lapels than your usual long coat.

I personally love it, but am sizing down for a better fit and will get it shortened for my height.

For reference, I’m 5’ 4” — many sizes are still in stock if you’re tall.

Style tip: This coat would look great with brown suede OTK boots!
