What’s one health goal you’ve set for yourself this year?💪🏼 Mine is to drink more water because I’m TERRIBLE at it. I tend to drink sparkling water or bean water (I know, I know. Coffee dehydrates you).☕️ Not that it’s an excuse or anything, but I swear I can taste the difference in bottled water and HAVE to lemon with my water. Who else can taste differences in water?🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m pretty good at staying active so water is one of my top goals of 2019!
