I’ve been taking SeroVital Hair Regeneres Advanced for more than 2 months, and I wanted to share my honest experience because I know how frustrating hair thinning and shedding can be. My hair had been shedding more than usual, especially after washing and when i brushed. I have a whole handful of hair each time. And I was very worried. It lost volume, felt weaker, and started breaking easily. These supplement helped strengthen it and support healthier growth. It has good set of vitamins which my body needs. First thing I noticed after a month that I seen baby hair and quite a lot of them, in the area where it was less now started to grow. The breakage decreased especially when was brushing. Maybe it’s the mix of keratin, collagen, and the botanical ingredients, but my scalp definitely feels less dry and more balanced. The only thing that the results started to be visible after one month. What I don’t like that the capsules are a bit large, so I splitter dosage of taking three pills during the day. And I always take them with food . When I take them after a full meal, I don’t get any stomach discomfort.
