Wearing size L in the dress I’m 5’4” and very busty so this dress was a great length, fit perfect in the chest, and had quite a bit of room left in the waist. Still very flattering though! I love the feather hem!!! Tati is wearing size 18-24 months and she is 15 months old (upper 90% size for her age)
